Anwar Ibrahim Extends Condolences and Aid to Family of UiTM Dungun Student

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister, expressed his condolences and provided aid to the family of one of the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Dungun students who tragically lost his life in a road accident in Dungun, Terengganu on Oct 9. This heartfelt gesture was conveyed through his political secretary, Ahmad Farhan Fauzi, who visited the family of the late Khairil Anwar Jamaludin.

The unfortunate accident occurred when Khairil Anwar, aged 20, and his three friends were hit from behind by a Honda CRV driven by a 49-year-old woman on Jalan Pantai, in front of UiTM Dungun. Tragically, Ku Adib Aizat Ku Azmi, 20, and Khairil Anwar lost their lives due to severe injuries sustained in the accident. The other two friends, Muhammad Ammar Danish Mohammad Ridhuan, 20, and Muhammad Akhmal Md Tukirin, 25, were also involved in the incident.
