Empowering Artists with Disabilities: Neo Kah Kiat Arts Award

SINGAPORE – Meet Madam Moy Saw Han, a former lawyer who found a new passion in painting after being diagnosed with glaucoma in 2018, which resulted in total blindness in her right eye and reduced vision in her left. Despite her challenges, Madam Moy’s artwork, including a stunning landscape painting titled Autumn Beauty, is now in the running for the prestigious Neo Kah Kiat Arts Award.
