Affärsvärlden, Sweden’s premier magazine since 1901, is now taking its expertise to new heights by providing the best decision support to Placera’s readers. As of today, Afv will be producing all content on Placera’s website.
“What we bring to the table is a larger editorial team, certain coordination advantages, and above all, a relentless focus on the readers’ best interests,” says Peter Benson, the editor-in-chief of Placera and Affärsvärlden – who actually founded Placera back in 2006.
In a short amount of time, Affärsvärlden has recruited a dozen individuals – including talent from leading publications such as SvD, DI, and Expressen. These new additions, combined with the existing award-winning Afv editorial team, will be producing articles and stock analyses tailored towards avid stock market enthusiasts.
All content on Placera’s website will be accessible without any restrictions. This includes interviews, stock analyses, fund coverage, and more.
“Placera will be slightly more news-oriented than before. However, the focus will remain on stock market-related material. Ultimately, the readers are our top priority. If they demand more of a certain type of content, we will certainly strive to deliver,” says Henrik Danielsson, the editor-in-chief of Placera.
So, is Placera shutting down?
“On the contrary. Our ambition is to make Placera’s website better than ever and fill it with more relevant content,” affirms Peter Benson.
Will Placera become a replica of Affärsvärlden?
“Absolutely not. Some content will be shared between both websites, while certain articles will be exclusive to one or the other. Each platform will have its own unique offerings and identity,” explains Benson.
With this exciting collaboration between Affärsvärlden and Placera, readers can expect a wealth of insightful and in-depth financial content that is sure to enhance their investment decisions and market knowledge. Stay tuned for a new era of informed decision-making in the world of Swedish finance.
